Allergy awareness and auto-injector training for restaurants and caterers
If a customer had an anaphylactic reaction at your restaurant or catering event, would you and your staff know the right thing to do that could save their life?
Course content:
You’ll learn how to recognise symptoms of allergic reactions, the different types of reaction, how to administer an auto-injector, safety processes for your front-of-house team and kitchen and useful information about allergies and intolerances.
As an accredited ProTrainings centre, this course is fully recognised by HSE, CPD certified and endorsed through Skills for Care. All attendees receive a Vocational Training Qualification (VTQ) and certificate. The course also has the medical approval of Dr Jose Costa, lead for paediatric services at Nuffield hospitals.
This course can be delivered in-person by a qualified trainer. We can also offer the session remotely via Zoom. Course length is 2 hours. Minimum of 10 people.
Course cost: £35 per person + travel expenses if in-person
